Home Gardens Growing in Popularity

More Americans are growing their own fruits and vegetables at home in order to cut food expenses. The National Gardening Association predicts a 19% increase in home gardening in 2009. An estimated 43 million households (37%) plan to grow fruits, vegetables, berries or herbs in 2009, compared to 31% in 2008.
