I have just launched a web site that uses GIS mapping of every subdivision in the Pearland TX city limits. This new web site will let the real estate consumer search and see every new listing, both “For Sale” & “For Lease”. One thing unique to this new site is it also shows all of the SOLD listings in a given subdivision in the Pearland TX area.

Everything real estate in Pearland can now be found in one place. The site will also show the consumer the days on market (DOM) or how long it has been for sale.
