Whats in store for the Houston area real estate markets in 2018? It appears that the overall market will continue to be stable with increasing strength in land sales to developers focusing on the affordable housing market. Developers are seeking to fill demand from builders for 40 foot to 60 foot lotse. As for existing homes, the theme seems to to be strength in affordable housing as well.
