Mortgage rates up slightly for 30 year but down for 15 year fixed

"The average rate on a 30-year fixed mortgage rose to 4.74 percent this week from 4.71 percent, Freddie Mac said Thursday. The average rate on the 15year loan slipped to 4.05 percent from 4.08 percent" form Houston Chronicle, 1.21.11
