Buyers #4 - Getting to Closing

February 9th, 2011

In the past you would simply look for a home, find it, make an offer, receive financing and, except for any surprises in the home inspection, you were good to go.  Today's buyers need to be aware of  a variety of items to help you close.  As a Realtor I tell my buyers and sellers that much of my work happens AFTER the contract has been negotiated.  I work very hard to make sure your home will close on time.  See what you can do (or avoid) in this article with some additional tips to help you.
