It doesn't seem possible, but mortgage rates have dropped again.  According to USA today the rate for 30 year mortgages is 3.79% - do I really neehttp://www.usatoday.com/money/economy/housing/story/2012-05-17/mortgage-rates-new-low/55035264/1d to tell you this is a great time to buy?  When we bought our first home almost 20 years ago we got the amazingly low rate of 7.75% hmmmmm I think below 4% is amazing!
