I inadvertently discovered a new use for my iPad the other day - pest identifier. I found this microscopic pile of dead (fortunately) bugs by may baseboards in my office. I snapped a quick photo to show our pest control company when they came for our quarterly spraying. I proudly showed my photo which elicited the response "I wished you'd have kept one". Since saving bug carcasses never is my first go to thought, we were fortunate that one had died away from my feverish vacuuming. He put it in a dead bug tube and viewed it under his magnifying glass to pronounce - "ant".
Yes even the most common of bugs can give you grief. That is why the best way to treat bugs and pests is to prevent them from entering your home. Here is a great article that helps you do just that - after all with the weather beginning to cool critters love to come inside!
