Consumers love Zillow and Trulia - they have amazing ads on TV that give warm and fuzzy feelings.  Unfortunately the sites also give a lot of inaccurate information.  And sometimes conspicuously do not show Realtors as part of a transaction (did they just show the seller their nifty app and say "let me into your home?") As a Realtor, I do not mind these sites so much since it allows me to illustrate the need for a Realtor in a transaction.  I can translate the information for buyers or sellers and give accurate date.  (i.e. Zestimates should be called "our best guess to make you feel good") 

The biggest takeaway from the article was the ranking of all real estate sites nationally based on consumer traffic.  I think it is well worth noting that HAR.com was #19. That's nationally!  HAR.com has proven that it is in tune with what consumers want and can connect consumers with Realtors and accurate information.  What is the first thing I do when speaking with someone who started at another site - start using HAR it is the best!
