The Reserve at Clear Lake City is what everyone is talking about in Clear Lake. This new home development is currently pre-selling lots starting at $460K featuring patio homes and villas by Trendmaker and Village Builders in Phase I. The development will also feature an HEB and retail shopping, a proposed new fire station and recreation center. These homes will also feel to the desired CCISD schools.
