I have noticed that most of my blogs recently have been about interest rates declining - today's is no exception as seen by this recent article

So the question would be with interest rates so low, homes reasonably priced, and lots of inventory why aren't more people buying?  In a discussion with my husband we wonder if it is the gloomy picture media paints.  As we talked I mentioned that while we don't want an overly optimistic or unrealistic and rosy picture painted it would be nice to at least have a "bud" of optimism shared.   So here is the optimism, if you are "waiting" for the right time to buy I think it is safe to say now may be the time!
