Though everybody loves their own pets, not everybody loves other people's pets. If you are trying to sale your home the best thing to do to ensure top price for your home is to relocate your pets while your home is on the market. Putting them in the back yard, in the garage or in another room that you keep locked is insufficient, and it's not fair to them. You need to remove them from the house. If that is not possible is is essential that the following three items are done.

1. Keep cat litter boxes and dog potty pads out of sight and impeccably clean

2. Hire a professional to remove all pet carpet and floor stains; if the stain can't be removed then remove the floor covering and replace it.

3. For oders and smells bring over a neighbor to preform a whiff test. DO NOT use air fresheners (those with allergies will react); instead use enzmye cleaners or hire a professional ozone company.
