How is The Heights real estate market doing? Part I

While the number of homes sold in the Heights area may have decreased by 14% in 2009 over 2008, the average price per square foot overall remained about the same, decreasing less than 2% over the same time period. This means that supply and demand have stayed in check.  The above graph looks at the Heights market as a whole....stay tuned for more information in specific price ranges and how they are performing.
