How is The Heights real estate market doing? Part II

While the number of homes sold in The Heights area may have decreaed 14% in 2009 over 2008, all is not lost.  The average price per square foot remained about the same, only decreasing less than 2% (1.6%) for the same time period.  This means that supply and demand have moved together thus not causing prices to really decrease in the neighborhood.  Come back to my blog this week for more detailed information on various price ranges in the neighborhood and how they are performing. You might be surprised!
