Market Street Announces Six New Hot Spots for 2010

Market Street-The Woodlands has added six new retailers including Charming Charlie, LMD Boutique, All About Feet, Langford Market, Stadia Sports Grill & Bar and 1252 Tapas Bar. All are expected to open in early 2010.

Charming Charlie is a unique fashion accessories house specializing in a fast-changing selection of fun, affordable and fabulous fashion accessories all organized by color. The store is expected to open this spring in the retail portion under AVIA, the new boutique hotel that opened at Market Street in December.

LMD Boutique is one of the fastest-growing women’s fashion retailers. This trendy boutique provides shoppers with a wide selection of gifts, apparel, home accessories and jewelry that reflect the most fashionable styles and desired items from all over the world. LMD Boutique, expected to open in February, will also be located under the AVIA hotel.

All About Feet is a unique shoe store dedicated to promoting fashion forward comfortable shoes for men, women and children. A Certified Podiatrist is available to digitally scan your foot and recommend the perfect solution for your individual foot needs. The store will be located in the North Commons Building next to Sur La Table when it opens in February.

Langford Market, an American Apparel store, is where shabby chic meets modern sophisticate. Women’s fashions and accessories, along with excellently refurbished furniture, lamps and art with a vintage eco-trendy feel will be offered. Also opening in February, Langford Market will be located between Norton Ditto and J. Jill in the North Commons Building.

Stadia Sports Grill & Bar opens its second Houston location at Market Street, offering great dining, music and a variety of sporting events displayed throughout contemporary dining, lounge and bar areas. Unique sports décor, modern high resolution TV displays and ice cold drinks enhance the sports experience. Stadia will be located next to Charming Charlie facing Lake Robbins Drive and is expected to open in the spring.

After an afternoon of shopping, experience 1252, a cultured restaurant blending everything about Spain – warm décor, authentic cuisine and a friendly ambiance featuring a large selection of traditional tapas dishes, paella, sangria blends and Spanish wines and beers. 1252 is expected to open in February in the North Commons Building between Cru Wine Bar and Sunglass Hut.
