Visiting a model home park in Katy, Texas will give you great ideas about what's new in the market place and where home remodeling is headed...
Light and bright is in... neutral colors with stone and wood is in high demand.
Most buyers want wood floors, but not too dark!!! Keeping the home neutral with accent colors is the way to go, you can always repaint but if you select a mixture of granites, tiles and finishes your home can look choppy and cluttered.
Our lives are busy and chaotic so creating a calm serene environment at home will help with mental peace and clarity.
