The Giorgetti Houston is a one-of-a-kind project for Houstonians. Named after the high-end Italian furniture maker, the Giorgetti is the first designer building in the city. Just a few days ago, the Giorgetti Houston hit its presale requirement and will proceed to move forward with construction. Developed by the the Georgia-based company Stolz Partners, the Giorgetti Houston is their second project in Houston. Stolz Partners is also the same developer who broke ground on the Sophie at Bayou Bend in Memorial / Camp Logan area. The ground-breaking ceremony is scheduled at the end of the 2017 year, and estimated completion date mid-year of 2019.
The Giorgetti Houston is set in one of the most desirable places in Upper Kirby, Houston. The building is seven-stories, with only 32 elite units. The floor plans offer two and three bedrooms, averaging 3,000 square feet, with president outdoor space between 500-2,000 square feet. This fabulous project will also feature four private penthouses, averaging 4,500 square feet. Currently, three of the four penthouses are under contract.
The location is key for the type of buyers who want to invest in this pioneer mid-rise. The demographic of Giorgetti buyers range from working professionals to empty nesters. The site for the Giorgetti is within walking distance to many restaurants, shopping, and the most sought out new construction building called 3200 Kirby at Kirby Collection. The new Kirby Collection is a class A building consisting of 65,000 square feet of retail space, restaurants, rooftop seating with green space, walk-up bar, and floor-to-ceiling glass windows with unobstructed city views. The estimated completion date for 3200 Kirby at Kirby Collection is fall of 2017.
