Being able to call the Heights home may seem unreachable for the typical home buyer due to the high price tags on homes. The truth is that many hidden gems still exist within this inner loop haven at reasonable prices. I am lucky to work & live in this ever changing community that is called the Heights. This past year my girlfriend, myself, and our two dogs bought a home in East Sunset Heights. We found a 1920's Bungalow to call our own. Since moving to the Heights there is honestly no other area where I would rather live. The Heights has so much to offer for all age groups and lifestyles. From great restaurants to pet friendly bars, micro breweries, family parks, running trails, local shops and Canino's Farmers Market, the Heights is THE place to live....

If you are not familar with the Heights there has been an immense increase in new construction along with many amazing Bungalow style rehabs. On almost every street you can find joggers, familes, and dog owners enjoyng the outdoors in the Heights.

I have been a Realtor since 2009 and for the past few years I have worked in acquisitions for an institutional client. In 2014, I was responsible for the purchase of 91 single family homes throughout Texas. I also have a B.B.A. in Real Estate Finance & Develpment from the University of Texas at San Antonio.
