Being able to call the Heights home may seem unreachable for the typical home buyer due to the high price tags on homes. I am lucky to work & live in this ever changing community that is called the Heights. This past year my girlfriend, myself, and our two dogs bought a home in East Sunset Heights. If you are not familar with the Heights there has been an immense increase in new construction along with many amazing Bungalow style rehabs. On almost every street you can find joggers, familes, and dog owners enjoyng the outdoors in the Heights.
