The park opens at 9am and the gates close at 7pm every day.
Tickets
Tickets range in price from $10-$39 plus taxes and fees, depending on the day you want to attend. You can purchase tickets here through the official Texas Ren Fest etix.com page or at the Kingdom gates. You may get a better price by purchasing in advance online--ticket prices go up Friday at midnight, so purchase before then to get the best deal. For $5, you can add ticket insurance to your ticket, allowing you to use your ticket another day in case of bad weather or change in plans (just pay the difference between your original ticket and the new ticket).

Parking
General parking is free. Staff will direct you to the appropriate section. Handicap, bus, RV, and motorcycle spots are also available. Valet ($40) and Preferred Parking ($25) is available for a fee - check the website for details.
Things to Do
There are performances, rides, games, and shopping - even an escape room! Check the website for a list of which events are kid-friendly
Payment Method
Bring cash! Many vendors accept credit cards, but some only accept cash. There are ATMs scattered throughout the park. Stage shows and entertainment in included with admission, but games, rides, food, merchandise, and other experiences are not included with admission.
Food
Outside food and drink is not allowed with a few exceptions. One bottle of water per person may be carried in (and then refilled inside the park). You may bring in food for babies and toddlers. Food prices start as low as $2 but can go much higher. Many items are big enough to share. You've gotta get a turkey leg!!
Shopping
There are over 400 shoppes including the works of master craftspeople, artists, artisans, jewelers, potters, weavers, blacksmiths, leather smiths, and clothiers, as well as merchants offering unique items from around the world.
