Price is the most important key to selling your home. Be sure to find comparable sales in your neighborhood before you settle on a price. Other variables involved in determining the right price for your home are, internal and external characteristics, supply and demand, and location. Put yourself in a better negotiating position when you receive your first offer. I'm happy to help you find the right price for your home.
