HOUSTON (REBusinessOnline) – The former Hewlett Packard five-building office park has been transformed into satellite campus suites for the University of Houston, University of Houston-Downtown, Texas Southern University and Sam Houston State University.

The 1.2 million-sf center at 20515 State Hwy. 249 has been renamed University Center at University Park. The campuses were created for Lone Star College System, a community college education system that has about 85,000 students enrolled who wish to transition to a four-year college without leaving home.
