THE WOODLANDS (Houston Business Journal) – Greystar Development Group LP will break ground in March on its latest upscale multifamily complex.

Meeks + Partners were brought on to design the 300-unit project at 2500 South Millbend Dr. It will consist of 12 three-story buildings on 12.5 acres and include one-, two- and three-bedroom units.

According to Meeks + Parkers, construction is slated to be finished in March 2012.
