Houston and Dallas add more than 100,000 People!

Texas is the place to be and more and more people are realizing this all around our country! I have always been so proud to be a Texan and to see how much we are growing and prospering makes me so excited. The Houston and Dallas Metro Areas were the only two nationwide to add more than 100,000 people between July 2013 and July 2014. (Source US Census Bureau)

Houston has added 156,371 new residents! The Lone Star State is booming economically and jobs are plentiful. The housing market is doing an exceptional job and homes are appreciating which is causing sellers and buyer’s confidence with their investments.

Houston and Dallas weren’t the only cities growing exponentially. Austin is seeing a huge growth in population as well. Odessa, Texas and Andrews, Texas were also on the list for growth.

When you see this much growth you KNOW something is going right by the way things are done here in Texas. So if you haven’t thought about relocating to the Lone Star State, give it a thought! 100,000 plus people can’t be wrong!!!
