2019 edition of the annual income a person needs to make in order to afford a home in 52 highly sought after neighborhoods in and around the Houston area!
The report shows the cost of living in Houston is steadily increasing. According to Forbes, The average income needed to live comfortably in Houston in 2017 was $56,223; by 2018, that number jumped to $69,405 - a nearly 25 percent increase.
