I do NOT sell you a home!  You tell me what you are looking for, you tell me what you want and need in a house.  How many bedrooms do you want?  How many bathrooms do you want?  How many do you need?  Do you want a fireplace?  A pool?  Big yard?  Little yard?  No yard at all?  We sit down and talk about all the things you would like in a house.  If you aren’t sure what you want now, you’ll figure it out after we talk.   

I then take your criteria and begin a search. First, I do an internet search of all the listings.  Then we narrow it down and we hit the neighborhoods and start looking.  I will show you what is out there and I let you decide which house you want.  I do NOT “sell” you on every house that we walk in to.  I won’t “sell” any house that we walk in to.  I let you choose the house that’s for you. 

I always stay within your price range and I NEVER show you places that are over.  I will show you as many houses as it takes for you to pick just the right one.  While we are looking at houses please tell me what you like or dislike about them.  Be brutally honest!  It won’t hurt my feelings, it’s not my house.  And I’m not moving in with you.  The more I know about what you like or dislike the better. 

Once you choose the house that’s for you I will help you in every part of making an offer.  This part makes some people a bit nervous, but don’t worry I’ll be there with you every step of the way.  I’ve done this many many times, you are in good hands.
