Friends, I am pleased to announce the brand new Sage Lane Realty Seenager Certification.
Seenagers (senior teenagers) are my favorite clients!
They have money. They worked hard, earned it, and have been smart with it. If they decide to get a loan, they qualify.
They can live wherever they want. They don't have to move for a job or the schools; although, they might be chasing grandkids. They do want to know about the hospital, grocery store and tasting room.
They have flexible schedules. They don't have to go to work, and if they do still work they have command over their schedules. They respect that I'm doing a job for them and my time is valuable too.
They know a professional when they meet one. They've done this drill many times before. They've been subjected to lousy real estate practices. They don't hold that against me; they're just glad we met.
Most of all, they're fun! Life is good. They enjoy the process and get the deal done. Then they kick back, and we've only just begun a lasting friendship.
