Interest rates hit an all-time low!!

We are in an all time interest rate low! Mortgage rates plunge to new record lows, making it cheap to buy or refinance.
This is definitely the time to purchase a home, a second home or investment property.
I'm seeing loans, depending on LTV, credit scores, etc. as low as 4%!!!
Now is the time to buy!!
