Friday, I had the honor of being the exclusive sponsor for Harvest Pack Fundraiser for the students of Theiss Elementary in Klein ISD. From 3:15 until the end of the day, the students entered the gym and packed food for the under resourced.  With the help of volunteers and the Klein High School Girls Volleyball Team, the students packed rice, soy, vitamins, and dried vegtables into packages.  Once sealed they were packed into boxes and  shipped to three local food banks, and to students in the Phillipines.

 The Theiss students also made and designed their own Valentines to be placed into each box as a greeting from Texas. This was a great and rewarding effort for  all, including me.  Good job Theiss Students!!
