With dry weather, the rain is a welcome event.  The Crighton area has experienced slow, soft rain, perfect for the grass and trees to soak it in.  Cooler weather should be forthcoming; a perfect time to declutter and reorganize prior to the holidays.

The Real Estate market is experiencing a softer market right now.  I  am hopeful that the holiday season will bring out those buyers who want to be in a new home for Christmas.  I have noticed a trend among many buyers, and that is to have a larger lot or acreage. We have many opportunities for such properties in Montgomery county.
