Texas the best target for real estate investment By: Nelly Mitford

Texas is performing beyond expectation this 2018 in Real Estate and the outlook is very favorable.

This is all because of the booming Economy of Dallas and other areas in Lone Star which have seen gigantic improvement to housing in the past several years. According to Josh smith of US Today “The profitable companies in Dallas are continuing to expand or launch their businesses here, it’s all because of the lower taxes and the lower cost of living.

It is also projected by Smith that Texas home sale are expected to grow by 6% and investors can take advantage of the opportunities that lies on one of the biggest state in America.

Here are some of the best cities in Texas to invest your money. First on the list is DALLAS, According to NAR (National Association of Realtors) the Dallas Fort Worth Area will remain one of the strongest real estate markets in the country. According to Javier Vivas the Director of Economic Research “Inventory increases will be felt in higher priced segments after spring home buying season, which we expect to take hold and begin to provide relief for buyers and drive sales growth in 2019 and beyond.”

Second is Houston, one of the highest performing market in the real estate not until hurricane Harvey struck and brought down the real estate market, but according to a research Houston is one of the best housing markets in the country right now with a projected growth rate of 2.8 percent this year. Home sales are climbing at a volume of 10.8 percent higher than 2016, and revenues are high for investors in this particular market.

After Houston is Austin, Austin is one of the top 10 major real estate cities in Fall 2017 report and until now the progress is still strong and house prices are in the rise, but it’s not a problem since economic growth is strong in the city.

Last one is Waco, according to NAR housing prices about $50k below the national average, which is a huge draw for young couples in need of a home and investors ready to sell it to them. The cost of living in Waco is 16.1 percent lower than the state average.
