Home ownership is one of the most gratifying investments in my portfolio. It is all mine and I can own it for as long as I want to have it.  It is a tangible asset so I get to enjoy quality time living in it and make personalizations along the way. Additionally, I am building great memories for my family and friends. My list can get very long but I will give you 5 reasons to why I think YOU should jump on board the homeownership train!

1. Prices do go up in time (ROI vs seeing your money disappear in rent payments)

2. Tax Benefit (you get to write off your mortgage interest!)

3. Low Interest Rates (enjoy the almost free money to borrow money and bring less cash to the table too with good credit)

4. Forced Savings (consider this a way to watch your money grow. Every mortgage payment will increase your equity)

5. For the love of your pets! (No pet rules...have as many as you want!)
