Is Your Realtor Using the Current Forms?

February 5th, 2016

The Texas Real Estate Commission released new forms that went in effect earlier this year.  The Information About Brokerage Services is one form that every agent should hand to each prospective client at their first meeting.  Some agents will use the form in their email signatures or on their websites.  The commission stated in a blog recently that it is not enough to post a link to their page for the Information About Brokerage Services, but to have a completed form available.
