Have you ever perused the photos of a listing thinking, wow - that's the house, only to get to the house and double check your listing data?
Do you prefer a natural photo, or an enhanced look as long as it's done tastefully?
There is so much pressure on sellers and agents today to get the "perfect look" for the photos used. Are we catfishing people if we use an enhanced photo, or are we shaming sellers into "greening up" or "cutting out" flaws that will come out when the home visit occurs?
