It seems like almost everyone is down on real estate these days. Analysts predict more price drops. Home builders are ditching land deals. Time magazine’s cover declares owning a home no longer makes economic sense, prompting hand-wringing about whether the American Dream is dead.All these are signs that it’s probably a good time to buy, writes WSJ columnist Brett Arends today.

He lists 10 reasons to buy a home.
