Look closely!  Is Mother Nature hinting at the promise of an early spring? In my backyard in #Katy the nearly bare lemon trees have flower buds and clusters of new fruit...even while last year's crop is still holding on!

The housing market is reflecting the same promise throughout the greater #Houston area. My recent Katy area listing sold at Open House and the high end leases are being snapped up. I have other qualified buyers now asking for homes in the neighborhood.
