For the month of April 2014, there were 22 sales with an average price per square foot of $267, and an average Days On Market of 47 days with 2 expired listings. The average Linear Sold Price/Sq Ft shows that the average price per square foot (dotted line) is increasing from from May 2013.

Bellaire's current's months of inventory is 2.4 months. This number reflects the number of months it will take to deplete the current active inventory based on the prior 12 months of sales activity. Therefore, our last current month's of inventory shows that our market gained some momentum last month.
