I am the smiling lady in this picture!  I want you to know who I am and why you would want me as your REALTOR®.

That picture tells you a lot about me.  I am married to the same man for a very, very long time.  I am a Mom, a Grandmom and low and behold, I am a great Grandmom!   Who would have dreamed!

We have been blessed with a pretty good life but have had ups and downs like everyone.   I was supposed to retire a few years ago but I didn't!   My husband and/or I have been in the Real Estate or Real Estate related businesses for most of our marriage.

I had my license in 1991 to 1995 and then we moved back to Houston from Central Texas and I passed the CPA exam and dropped the Real Estate License.   In 2014 after 'retiring' from my career as a CPA, an accountant and software consultant, I got my license again in 2015.

I enjoy working with people to help them find the 'right' home for them and their families.  'Right' might take a while to find.   Helping them sell their existing home may take a while....but I am Tenacious!  I don't give up and I work hard for my clients.  I want them to have a good experience and to be friends for life!

I answer calls, return calls, and I get answers to clients questions.   I work for them just as I would for my employer or one of my family.

Now, you can't please everyone all the time, and I know that, but I do try.  

If I list your home, I will do my best to see that it is staged to show the best attributes of the home and to draw the buyer who is looking for just what your home has to offer.  I will advise you as to what is required to accomplish that.  I can't force you to do what I recommend, but I will recommend what I believe is best and be truthful and honest all the way through to closing.  

I will NOT just get your home on the MLS and then wait!  I will market your home on Social Media (assuming you give your approval) and I will market to other Brokers and Realtors to let them know about your home and its features.  I will hold open houses if you are agreeable and invite Brokers and Realtors as wells as the neighbors and others to the open house.   I will work to get your home sold. 

If I assist you in finding your new home, I will do my best to know what you are looking for and to help find that place for you by talking with you, asking questions, offering suggestions, etc.  I will get excited when we find good prospects and I will tell you when we may need to narrow down the ones you want to look at so that we don't waste your time or mine.  

I will treat you like my own family in the process, whether buying or selling.   I will do my best to make the entire process as stress free for you as possible.   I know moving in itself is stressful so I want to help take away as much stress as possible.

I will be there from our first visit all the way to handing you the keys at closing, the negotiations, the loan process and the inspection and all of it! 

I pride my self on high integrity and honesty and tenacity to get the job done.
