Waterway Landing at East Shore: new community in Town Center The Woodlands

Waterway Landing at East Shore is a new neighborhood in Town Center, located on the shores of The Woodlands Waterway. It will be the first residential opportunity in the Waterway in almost 15 years.

This new neighborhood will feature 59 homes, 18 of them waterfront, across 5 and a half acres, once it is completely finished. There will be a private access to The Waterway for residents. Homes will range between 2800 and 4500 square feet and prices will start in the high $700’s, going beyond the $1 million mark. 

There are 17 different elevations available in Waterway Landing at East Shore. Amenities include crown molding throughout, Thermador stainless steel appliances, stone flooring and countertops in the master bathroom, Premium carpet in all bedrooms, Decor light switches, wrought iron handrails and balustrade and many more. 

Residents will be able to enjoy walks in The Waterway whenever they want, just having to take a few steps. Residents will also have membership to the East Shore clubhouse. The neighborhood still will offer a residential feeling to its inhabitants, even with so many great amenities located close by, such Market Street, Waterway Square, The Cynthia Woods Mitchell Pavilion and The Woodlands Mall.
