Story on Tricon Homes: Fourteen years ago the Houston Heights was a very different neighborhood from the highly sought after one it is today. Recognizing the potential for greatness through revitalization and development, brothers, Jose and Tristan Berlanga started Tricon Homes. First, working from an old American Foursquare style home along Heights Boulevard, and then later from a 10,000 sq. ft. office in Sunset Heights, which they designed and built and which blends harmoniously with the surroundings while keeping true to the Tricon signature look.

Their developments also reflect that same spirit of diversification and span from one home semi-custom projects to those of forty-plus in something of a master-planned community.
