After obtaining my CDPE, I am finding success in dealing with the banks on getting their approval to proceed with the Short Sale of homes. 

A current deal that I am working on had a 1st and 2nd Lien holder and we got their approval letters within 12 days of them receiving our completed packages.

Once you know the banks required documentation and you couple that with the recommended data - the bank has everything they need to make a decision on the package - the first time they open th file.  That is where you save time.
