Time frame various from lender to lender and I know this is one of the questions I am often asked, but without knowing some facts, it is hard to say the time frame, generally time frame can be from 60 days to six months, I have done two short sales that actually went over the one year mark no fault on our part, but the loans was sold several times during the course of the short sale.
