HOMEBUYER ALERT!

Hey, guys!  Just caught the morning news today-interest rates may come down this summer!  4.5% is what the news reporter stated.  Great News! 

Too bad we've lost the tax credit, but with a great rate-homes are still affordable.  Inventory seems really good in our area.  Most sellers are open to reasonable offers.  Call me today to get started in finding your home!  281-851-8120
