- The LaSalle Group, Inc. has purchased a 3-acre site in The Woodlands’ Village of Sterling Ridge for construction of Autumn Leaves of The Woodlands, a 46-bed, 38-unit memory care facility, according to Greg Jordan, Director of Commercial for The Woodlands Development Company. The facility is situated in Terramont, Sterling Ridge and is scheduled to open August 2010.

The development will include a 26,000-square-foot building and 20,000 square feet of secured courtyards. Sixty percent of the facility will cater to residents with Alzheimer’s, with the remaining residents made up of patients with other forms of dementia or memory impairments.
