CASH for your house calls and letters

CASH for your Home I get these letters all the time and so do my neighbors. 

Before you sell to someone like this for a DISCOUNTED price contact me to see how much better I can do by listing your house on the open market. 

Here's how they work. These people offer you anywhere from 60% - 70% of the Appraisal Value. Note: Appraisal Value is NOT the market value of your home or property. Appraisal Value is far lower than your Market Value. 

Example: Someone I know sold to one of these buyers. They sold for 148,000. The investor put the house on the market within 10 days and sold it for 211,000 (the actual Market Value not the Appraisal District Value). It closed in 36 days. My associate expressed to me how foolish he felt because he never gave me the chance to help him and lost about 50,000+ in the transaction.  

My goal is for you to take home the MAXIMUM amount of MONEY possible once you close on your house.

All I'm asking is allow me to come check your house out. Allow me to evaluate your market area and everything real estate related around your home then I'll create a marketing plan and hopefully you'll allow me to GET IT SOLD for you!!!!!  Good things tend to come to those to wait. On average it can take 40 days to close a sale the correct way. Many times it happens sooner rare cases take longer.
