Price it Right

Thinking of putting your home on the market? Yes, it is an ideal time to do it. Though it may be tempting to list your home high to test the waters, it will often cost you time and money. Pricing it high will cause your home to sit there, costing you more frustration and money with the unneccessary expenses to maintain it and market it. It can de-rail your future plans and be very stressful for your family. Furthermore, the greater number of days your home is on the market, the greater the chance of stigmatizing your property. This may induce a stream of low-ball offers.

Pricing your home right increases traffic, interest and in some cases, may provoke multiple offers right away. That could mean offers above asking price! Even in today's market, you have to price it right.
