Summer is coming to a close, and school is back in session! There are a lot of exciting things in the air - football, cooler weather and the holidays!!! Labor Day has already come and gone. Now, here's to a beautiful autumn season, hopefully not so hot!

Meanwhile, the Houston housing market seems to have picked up even more as parents prepared to get their kiddos in school. There was quite a rush there. With some of the best school districts in all of the country right here in the Houston area, there's no wonder why schools would be a driving force in the housing market. For instance, Cy-Fair ISD was ranked #1 school district in the state of Texas by the Education Resource Group. The list of exemplary schools, charter schools, private/public schools and specialty schools goes on and on. There are a plethora of options for parents to choose in the Houston area.

Being in the relocation business for over 20 years, I know that the process can be very stressful, especially when children are involved and getting them settled into a new school. My best wishes, and I hope everyone has a great school year!
