Always buy a house in the spring!  Hear that all the time, but is it true?   Not really.  The only thing about house buying in the spring is that it is the busiest time because everyone else believes that "spring" myth.  True, fall and winter may have a little less inventory to look at, but people shopping for a new house are serious buyers.  Many people in spring and summer are just out looking because they know there are a lot of open houses in their neighborhood.
