Spring has Sprung!  It's time to Spruce up the Yard!  Pull weeds. Out with the old tattered annuals and in with the new!  It doesn't take much.  It's amazing what fresh mulch and one day will do to the appearance of your flower beds and therefore your curb appeal.

You don't have to have elaborate landscaping for a nice look.  Sometimes simple is best.  Don't plant more than you can handle.  If you don't have the time to keep up fancy beds, then stick with simple low maintenance plants that don't require a lot of time.  Nothing's wrong with that.  I would rather see simple clean flower beds than elaborate landscaping that is overgrown and in need of attention.

Don't have a green thumb?  Not sure what to plant?  Depend on the expertise at your local plant nursery.  Ask questions.  They are there to help.

...and I bet when you spruce up your yard, your neighbors will follow!  It's like the domino effect.  Just watch!
