A friend stopped me the other day and asked if I enjoyed being a Realtor – without hesitation I said YES!  The thing I love most – the relationships I have with my clients and the joy of helping them achieve their goals whether buying their first home, or needing a larger home or selling to down size/up size or be closer to family. This year I have also helped a few in the military as they sold, bought and rented with their new orders moving them across the country. I love being a small part in the stories of my clients.

Sometimes, after the transaction is over, I wonder if my clients think fondly of the experience as well or will remember me in coming months and years.  I was thankful for some reminders in recent weeks that it has been mutual. One couple graciously had us to dinner to show the updates they had done to their. I ran into another at church who was visiting and said they loved their new home in Arkansas (I was able to sell their home while they were gone and connected them with a Realtor in their new state). When buying or selling a home you have MANY Realtors to choose from. After finding a Realtor who is familiar with your area and has expertise, you also want someone who sees you beyond the transaction.  Are you just another transaction or are you an individual to them with all the emotions that goes into buying and selling a home?  Look for a Realtor with expertise, experience, integrity and care before, during and after your transaction.  If I service your area, I would be honored to be that choice
