The Courtyard Collection features homes with two- and three-story floor plans, ranging in size from 1,474-2,054 square feet. Homes are available for immediate move-in with seven different floor plans starting from the low $300,000s, according to a news release.

The details: Bridgeland offers 3,000 acres of parks, lakes, trails and green space, and the new homes will offer access to Canyon Crossing Park nearby once it is completed this summer, officials said.
