July 7: Enjoy the outdoors
Visit a nature center for family-friendly activities the week following Independence Day. Attendees will learn about reptiles, hike the terrain and paint around nature. All ages are welcome, and park staff suggests participants wear closed-toe shoes and bring reusable water bottles.
July 7: Take a chance at Bingo Night
A family Bingo Night is held the first Friday of every month. Prizes are awarded, and snacks are available. Preregistration is required for the event.

Frost Bank in Tomball will serve complimentary treats from Kona Ice to anyone who stops by.
July 7: Take part in parents night out at iCode School
The iCode School hosts a kids game night while giving their parents a break. The kids can play games, such as Minecraft, Roblox and Fortnite.
July 7: Sip and shop in Conroe
The Conroe Downtown Area Association is hosting a sip and shop in downtown Conroe. The event will include vendor galleries, live music and food. Attendees will also be able to collect tickets at each shop for a chance to win a grand prize.
July 7-9: Experience Legos
Attendees can marvel at creations, participate in interactive exhibits and embrace the joy of building at Brick Rodeo 2023. The event consists of Lego creations from professional builders, interactive activities, performances and food.
July 7: Stretch in the sun
Registered yoga instructor Samantha Walker will lead a yoga class at Central Green Park. With experience rooted in ashtanga vinyasa yoga, Walker aims to guide students inward and encourage them to listen to their bodies. Attendees must bring a mat, a towel and a bottle of water, and are encouraged to check with a doctor before participating in this exercise class. Glass, alcohol, balls and pets are prohibited.
July 8: Attend First Responders Appreciation Fair
The First Responders Appreciation Fair will be held this Saturday to show appreciation for local dedicated first responders and provide valuable summer safety tips to attendees. Constable Precinct 4 and the Cy-Fair Fire Department will be present to share essential safety information, and attendees will have the opportunity to interact with firefighters and police officers. The fair will feature games, music and giveaways that the whole family can enjoy.
July 8: Attend a sports cards and collectibles show
A sports cards show will be coming to Conroe for attendees to buy, sell and trade from over 130 tables of sports cards, Pokemon cards, memorabilia, toys, Funko pops and comics. The event will also have giveaways and raffles.
July 8: Listen to live music
Main Street Crossing will welcome Big Shot, a Billy Joel tribute band, to its stage this weekend.
July 9: Pay tribute to Elvis
Elvis comes to life in a performance by multi-award-winning artist Travis Powell. Indulge in an unforgettable evening as Powell delivers the timeless hits of the King of Rock 'n' Roll. The concert will commence with the acclaimed all-female group Shake Rattle & Roll, known for their award-winning talent.
July 9: Test your ‘Golden Girls’ knowledge
The Empty Glass will host “Golden Girls” trivia, at which attendees will be able to test their knowledge, drink wine and win prizes.
